SHAHZADA TRAILER
One of the biggest hits of last year, ‘Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2’ has started counting Karthik Aryan among the big stars of Bollywood. Recently, his film ‘Freddy’ was released on OTT. Kartik Aaryan played the role of a killer in the film. But with this masala entertainer film ‘Shehzada’ he is once again back in his true form. ‘Shehzada’ is a remake of Allu Arjun’s superhit Telugu film ‘Ala Bankuthapuramallo’. Rohit Dhawan has directed this film in Hindi. The film was earlier scheduled to release on February 10 during Valentine’s Day weekend. But fearing the bumper release of ‘Pathan’, the makers postponed ‘Shehzada’ for a week. However, now ‘Shehzada’, released on February 17, has to compete at the box office with Marvel Cinematic Universe’s film ‘Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania’.
Story of ‘Shehzada’
Bantu (Karthik Aryan) belongs to a middle class family. Her father Valmiki (Paresh Rawal) has been doting her since childhood. Bantu feels love for the first time in his life when he meets his boss Samara (Kriti Sanon). Bantu starts liking her. But in the meantime, Bantu comes to know about a truth that will change his life. Bantu is actually the heir of a billionaire family. So, does Bantu get his family back now? You will have to go to the cinema to know this.
Shehzada Review
The director of ‘Shahzada’ is Rohit Dhawan, son of David Dhawan, who is called the king of comedy films. Rohit has made the spicy entertainer film based on the script of the superhit Telugu film. It is a family film entertainer. Before the interval, there is a tinge of comedy and love story in the film, while in the second half, Karthik emerges as the savior of his real family. The film has everything from action, emotion to comedy. But because of this the story gets a bit weak. Especially the climax of the film is quite predictable.
Karthik Aryan has done a great comedy in the film. Also, in the second half, he makes you emotional. He also adds a dash of action. Kriti Sanon had nothing special to do in the film. Paresh Rawal plays Bantu’s current father, while Ronit Roy, Sachin Khedekar and Manisha Koirala do a decent job in supporting roles. Rajpal Yadav is seen in just one scene. You will like the cinematography and music of the film.
The makers of ‘Shehzada’ have tried their best not to make its original Telugu film ‘Ala Bankuthpuramlo’ available in Hindi, because if you haven’t seen the original film of Allu Arjun, then you are going to enjoy ‘Shehzada’.
Why watch – If you want to watch something that is a good time pass with the family, then you can watch Kartin Aryan’s ‘Shehzada’ in the theatres.
